What to include in your message
To help us resolve your request faster, please include the email address used at checkout, the product name, your order or receipt number if available, a short description of the issue, and any screenshots or error messages that would help us understand what happened.
Billing and refunds
Payments may be processed by Stripe, PayPal, Zoho, Paddle, Lemon Squeezy, or another hosted checkout provider. If your request involves a transaction, we may use checkout records from the payment provider to verify the purchase and assist with receipts, access, refunds, or account questions.
Refund eligibility depends on the product, offer terms, and applicable law. If a refund is available, we will process it through the original payment provider when possible.
Product delivery
For digital products such as Foundry Lifetime Access, access instructions or next steps are provided after purchase or by support follow-up. If you paid and did not receive access or next steps, email us and we will help resolve it.
