Products and services

Lucky Duck provides business strategy, marketing, software, AI-assisted product development, digital products, and related services. Foundry Lifetime Access and other software products may include access to digital tools, resources, documentation, workflows, updates, or support as described on the applicable checkout or product page.

We may improve, modify, pause, or discontinue features over time. We will make reasonable efforts to preserve purchased access where applicable, but no product feature is guaranteed to remain unchanged forever.

Accounts and access

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when purchasing or requesting access and to notify us if you believe your account or purchase access has been compromised.

Payments

Prices, payment terms, included deliverables, and billing frequency are shown at checkout or in the applicable written offer. Payments may be processed by Stripe, PayPal, Zoho, Paddle, Lemon Squeezy, or another hosted checkout provider. Payment providers may apply their own terms, privacy policies, fees, risk reviews, or verification requirements.

For one-time lifetime offers, “lifetime” means the lifetime of the applicable product or service as it is actively offered and maintained by Lucky Duck, not the lifetime of any individual person or company.

Refunds and cancellations

Refund eligibility depends on the product, offer terms, and applicable law. If a product page or written agreement includes a specific refund policy, that policy controls for that purchase. If no specific refund policy is stated, refund requests are reviewed case by case. Approved refunds are generally returned through the original payment provider when possible.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse our websites, software, products, or services. Prohibited activity includes attempting unauthorized access, disrupting systems, scraping or copying content in violation of these terms, using products for illegal activity, abusing support channels, infringing intellectual property rights, or using the service in a way that harms Lucky Duck, other users, or third parties.

Lucky Duck and its licensors retain ownership of our websites, software, templates, systems, designs, documentation, workflows, source materials, branding, and other intellectual property. Unless a written agreement says otherwise, purchasing access gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the purchased product or service for your own business purposes.

Customer content

You retain ownership of information, files, prompts, examples, brand materials, business data, or other content you provide. You give Lucky Duck permission to use that content as needed to provide the requested product, service, support, or fulfillment.

No guaranteed results

We aim to provide useful strategy, software, and services, but we do not guarantee specific revenue, profit, rankings, conversion rates, sales outcomes, or business results. You are responsible for your own business decisions and implementation.

Third-party services

Our products and services may connect to or rely on third-party services such as payment providers, hosting providers, AI tools, analytics platforms, email systems, CRMs, APIs, and automation services. We are not responsible for outages, changes, fees, policy decisions, or data handling by third-party services.

Disclaimers

Our websites, products, and services are provided as available. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, and error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Lucky Duck will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption. Our total liability for a claim related to a paid product or service will not exceed the amount you paid to Lucky Duck for that product or service during the three months before the claim arose.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new last updated date. Continued use of our websites, products, or services after an update means you accept the updated terms.
